This paper analyzes the new changes produced in the regulation of telework in Spain and its applicative projection in the current economic and social context. The development of the teleworking model is analyzed, which has come to be legally reconfigured and which has important legal consequences. Therefore, it highlights its necessary implementation by virtue of collective bargaining. Teleworking has become an established practice, spreading to many companies and affecting a large number of jobs. The study analyzes the configuration of telework as an instrument for change in the organization of work, developing the most relevant aspects of Spanish regulation. |
