The study analyzes the configuration of telework as an instrument for change in the organization of work, developing the most relevant aspects of Spanish regulation.El presente trabajo de investigación analiza los nuevos cambios producidos en la regulación del teletrabajo en España y su proyección aplicativa en el actual contexto económico y social. Se analiza el desarrollo del modelo de teletrabajo, que ha venido a reconfigurarse legalmente y que tiene importantes consecuencias jurídicas. En este sentido, destaca su necesaria implementación en virtud de la negociación colectiva. El teletrabajo se ha convertido en una práctica asentada, que se extiende a muchas empresas y que afecta a un elevado número de trabajos.
