Laburpena: Included in the “New Latin American Constitutionalism” movement, the juridical-normative perspective of Ecuador scenario indicates for an attempt of interaction between indigenous movements and political institutions of that country since the Constitution of 2008. However, the intercultural dialogue is not effective yet, which provokes a range of deep criticism about the formal treatement of vulnerable people in the terms analyzed, for example, by Inter-American Court of Human Rights. The methodology of analyze is inductive, with a bibliografic research and studies of cases.
