Summary: |
The European Landscape Convention drafted
by the Council of Europe, approved in Florence on
October 20, 2000, was a milestone in the introduction of landscape protection into legal systems. The protection
of the environment had been subject to regulation, to a
greater or lesser extent, but not the landscape, with
equal importance and which should be subject to
regulation, after the ratification by Spain of the CEP on
November 26, 2007.
After the Historical and comparative analysis of the
protection of the environment, as well as the landscape,
it is necessary to analyze the state and regional
legislation in this regard to know how they have
legislated, in particular, the autonomous communities in
this regard, in addition to knowing how it is predicted
that the future will be landscape law of Castilla-La
Mancha, essential for sustainable development. |
