The regulations have tried to adapt over the years, based on principles and with clearly defined objectives in the environmental struggle, to the same extent as reality and social demands, that is why it is important to know the latest developments in this regard with ecological public procurement, as the main instrument in this struggle.La preocupación ambiental es uno de los problemas más graves y que más atormentan a la sociedad actual. Por ello, los organismos públicos como garantes de la estabilidad social y representación ciudadana, han de ser los primeros en dar ejemplo de código de buenas prácticas en materia ambiental. Así pues, la administración pública se debe dotar de herramientas para tal fin, siendo la contratación pública ecológica el instrumento para lograrlo.
