In this article the life experience of local development that is being applied in the ecoregion La Elvira with accompanying GENESIS GIT Research Group, supported by the Free University of Colombia Cali District and the National Open University and Distance UNAD is presented. Methodologically shown, first, the current biopolitics configuration ecoregion Elvira and then bet-experience of local development is discussed, with emphasis on self-eco-organization of the territory through social convergence, social empowerment, the recovery of local knowledge, adoption of appropriate technologies that allow insertion into the glocal markets and the Remaking of agro-ecosystem ecoregion Elvira. It was found that the recovery of local knowledge is vital for building unpublished forms of life, not performadas by the logic of capital. It is concluded that the Community allows the emergence of a systemic gambling agro-eco-reconfiguration that not only does not harm nature but is based on convergence and social empowerment to participate in active and creative way in the globalized world.

Metodologicamente mostrado, em primeiro lugar, a corrente ecorregião configuração biopolítica Elvira e em seguida é discutido bet-experiência de desenvolvimento local, com ênfase na auto-eco-organização do território através da convergência social, empoderamento social, a recuperação do conhecimento local, a adoção de tecnologias apropriadas que permitam a inserção nos mercados glocais eo refazer da agro-ecossistema ecorregião Elvira. Verificou-se que a recuperação do conhecimento local é vital para a construção de formas inéditas de vida, e não performadas pela lógica do capital. Concluiu-se que a Comunidade permite o surgimento de um jogo sistêmica agro-eco-reconfiguração que não só não prejudica a natureza, mas baseia-se em convergência e empoderamento social de participar de maneira ativa e criativa no mundo globalizado.En este artículo, se presenta la experiencia vital de desarrollo local que se está agenciando en la ecorregión La Elvira, con el acompañamiento del Grupo de Investigación GÉNESIS GIT, avalado por la Universidad Libre de Colombia Seccional Cali y la Universidad Nacional Abierta y a Distancia UNAD. Metodológicamente, se muestra, primero, la configuración biopolítica actual de la ecorregión La Elvira y luego se examina la apuesta-experiencia de desarrollo local, haciendo énfasis en la auto-eco-organización del territorio a través de la convergencia social, el empoderamiento social, la recuperación de los saberes locales, la adopción de tecnologías apropiadas que permitan una inserción en los mercados globales y la reconfiguración del agro-ecosistema de la ecorregión de La Elvira. Se encontró que la recuperación de los saberes locales es de vital importancia para la construcción de formas de vida inéditas, no performadas por la lógica del capital.
