In this article the life experience of local development that is being applied in the ecoregion La Elvira with accompanying GENESIS GIT Research Group, supported by the Free University of Colombia Cali District and the National Open University and Distance UNAD is presented. Methodologically shown, first, the current biopolitics configuration ecoregion Elvira and then bet-experience of local development is discussed, with emphasis on self-eco-organization of the territory through social convergence, social empowerment, the recovery of local knowledge, adoption of appropriate technologies that allow insertion into the glocal markets and the Remaking of agro-ecosystem ecoregion Elvira. It was found that the recovery of local knowledge is vital for building unpublished forms of life, not performadas by the logic of capital. It is concluded that the Community allows the emergence of a systemic gambling agro-eco-reconfiguration that not only does not harm nature but is based on convergence and social empowerment to participate in active and creative way in the globalized world. |
