Access to the necessary data for the development of artificial inteligence is a dilemma of great relevance for competition law as it involves defining the power of the data, whether it is essential or not, and establishing cooperation mechanisms that encourage innovation in an environment of free competition.La economía digital en la movilidad de las personas está cambiando sectores tan tradicionales como el de la automoción. La evolución hacia el coche autónomo que va de la mano de la inteligencia artificial plantea cuestiones de gran complejidad como es la gobernanza de los datos generados por un vehículo.
