The provision of services through digital platforms is one of the great transformations
experienced in the productive fabric in recent years, and is stirring up a great controversy
at the doctrinal level. A new form of relocation of labour that has led to new forms also of
providing services, seriously impairing the collective action of the union. This is one of the
main challenges facing trade union action today, and which requires an immediate response
aimed at protecting this group of workers. The necessary revaluation of unitary and trade
union representation in these new forms of technological work and its necessary interpretation
in guarantee key is the one that will be analyzed in the following pages. |
