For the development of the above-mentioned task, the paper begins by analyzing the situation of the guarantee systems at a regional level. It then explores in detail the contribution of each of the systems under analysis. Evidenced that the guarantee systems of the three countries analyzed present a series of common features compatible with the autonomy of their respective local realities, highlighting the Argentine guarantee system, the impact of the Colombian National Guarantee Fund, and the influence of the Spanish guarantee system. Finally, this paper also demonstrates the growing importance of Corporate Governance for Ibero-American guarantee systems.El presente trabajo analiza los sistemas de garantía recíproca de España, Argentina, y Colombia, colocando especial énfasis en la forma en que éstos han sido influenciados por las normas de las sociedades anónimas y en particular por los denominados gobiernos corporativos. Para el desarrollo del referido cometido, se parte por analizar la situación de los sistemas de garantía recíproca a nivel regional, y desde allí, se analiza de manera detallada el aporte que entregan cada una de las legislaciones. Evidenciándose que los órganos de gobierno societario en los sistemas de garantía recíproca de los tres países analizados, presentan una serie de rasgos comunes compatibles con la autonomía de sus respectivas realidades locales, sin embargo, destacan entre sus diferencias, el sistema de garantía argentino, el impacto del Fondo Nacional de Garantías Colombiano, y la influencia del modelo de sistema de garantías recíprocas español.
