Redirecting us to a precautionary criminology, and human criminal policies; so that, dignity and resocialization prevail, as a true treatment of the criminal phenomenon.Los objetivos de la investigación se centran en analizar, cuestionar, encontrar elementos comunes, y emitir un juicio de valor sobre las causas que generaron la segregación criminal de afroamericanos en Estados Unidos, si es acertada la criminalización racial o no; y recomendaciones para prevenir o lidiar con estas circunstancias de criminalidad; de manera que, a partir del asesinato de George Floyd, logremos asociar las tendencias de la política criminal, y sirva de oportunidad para explicar y prevenir futuros estallidos sociales, relacionados con el indiscriminado uso de punición y violencia.
