Summary: Te research objectives are focused on analyzing, questioning, finding common elements, and issuing a value judment on the causes that generated the criminal segregation of African-Americans in the United States, whether racial criminalization is correct or not; and recomendations to prevent or deal with these criminal circumstances; so that, from the murder of George Floyd, we can manage to associate the tendencies of criminal policy, and serve as an opportunity to explain and prevent future social outbreaks, related to the indiscriminate use of punishment and violence. Redirecting us to a precautionary criminology, and human criminal policies; so that, dignity and resocialization prevail, as a true treatment of the criminal phenomenon.
