This paper aims to understand the process of transparency of State public administration and its insertion in the Brazilian Transparency Portal so that the society can have clear and full access. Such theme is justified due to society’s demand for a more democratic and ethical administration in which all information inherent to the State can be shared with everyone who is part of this process. Given this, we seek to understand how public transparency of administration occurs, what is transparency, how it arose, what is the main purpose of the transparency portal and finally, how the management of the information works in the government platform. To answer this question, the bibliographic methodology was used in the research, and as a result, it was possible to verify the importance of transparency and social control for a quality public administration. |
