Innovation, like a central theme in the contemporary discussion, raises many difficulties, which go since the conceptualization, to the decision of the type and strategy to use, in case of implementation, and the ways to follow in this process, the determination and articulation of the actors in the design and implantation of public policies in all levels of the political, economic and academic life. This paper seeks for the concept and the principal features of the innovation, like a phenomenon which troughs the national task, with the target to adopt elements that allow their academic implementation, in the University of Antioquia implementation. |
