This article aims to present the outcome of a research
work entitled “The origin and transformation of
environmental conflict” which answers the question:
What is the impact of environmental legal education
and participation on the transformation of the
environmental conflict? Applying the case study
methodology as well as the descriptive-analytical
approach, each one of the stages of environmental
conflict was described and how environmental legal
education and participation have a positive impact on
their development was analyzed. From the problem
and its results, this paper concludes that knowledge
of the rule and the legal mechanisms for participation,
allow materializing the access to justice right. |
