Our central thesisholds that gender perspective is theinvisible focusin the processes oflegal-labour knowledge transfer, since the discipline is presented as if itwere gender-neutral. We will develop our argument in four main sec-tions. In the first place, we will contextualize the teaching-learning ofLabour Law processes (I). Then, we will review the main bibliographyon feminism that links gender and work (II). Thirdly, we will analyzethe chairs programs and the main manuals corresponding to the subject“Elements of Labour Law” (III). Finally, we will outline some proposals(IV) in order to delineate the final conclusions about the challenges re-garding the teaching of Labour Law with a gender perspective.El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un abordaje exploratorio sobrelas formas en que se enseña Derecho del Trabajo en la Facultad de De-recho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, desde una perspectiva femi-nista. Nuestra tesis principal sostiene que la mirada de género es elenfoqueinvisibleen los procesos de transferencia de conocimiento jurídico-laboral,en tanto esta disciplina es estudiada como si fuese neutral en términosde género. Desarrollaremos nuestro argumento en cuatro secciones prin-cipales. En primer lugar, contextualizaremos los procesos de enseñanzadel Derecho del Trabajo (I). Luego, pasaremos revista a los principale saportes de la teoría feminista para pensar el vínculo entre género y trabajo(II). En tercer lugar, analizaremos los programas de las cátedras y losprincipales manuales correspondientes a la materia “Elementos del Derecho del Trabajo” (III).
