In the chair of General Theory of Criminal Law it is very important that the student develops a critical attitude through the analysis of what the crime is, since in general terms it must know three fundamental theories namely: The Theory of Criminal Law, Crime Theory and Theory of Penalties and Security Measures; fundamental theories in the teaching of Criminal Law.
