Summary: The purpose of this article is to analyze and make a critical assessment of the content of the IV Agreement for employment and collective bargaining for the years 2018-2020. We analyze whether it contains specific concretions and regulation or involves a mere statement of intents. Secondly, we state the degree of novelty of its formulations. It can be concluded that the AENC supposes a mere declaration of intention and reiterations of aspects and issues foreseen in the regulations that involve and affect the ordinary employment of persons with disabilities, rather than stablishing lines for future action. It will be necessary in the future to verify if the collective bargains will include these guidelines and general objectives in specific actions. This should compel employers to do something real and effective for the labor integration, beyond of good intentions and reiterating what is established in current regulations in general
