The development of the aforementioned projects requires an adequate legal management to comply with the legal regime established in the country. In this article, the existing legal doctrine and the technical postulates about the treatment of legal aspects in relation to software are reviewed; in the framework of the management of legal aspects in software development projects in the area of integration management.La Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas (UCI) ejecuta anualmente como promedio más de 100 proyectos informáticos. Con la ejecución de estos, la actividad legal adquiere una importancia vital, por cuanto sirve de soporte a los procesos de negociación, ejecución y cierre de los mismos. El desarrollo de los mencionados proyectos, obliga a contar con una adecuada gestión legal para el cumplimiento del régimen jurídico establecido en el país.
