The choice of his philosophy among many others is not chance, but responds to his position on man, which supports the concept of modern state, making it his center and his end. Consequently it is logical that we question ourselves about his moral position on the embryo, because although many have chosen to interpret that the lack of pronouncement of the philosopher on the subject makes it a non-kantian area, the truth is that not only can it be covered by his thought, but it is, speaking in its terms, a duty to do so, since there can be no doubt about the protection that would have conferred upon him and the responsibility for it is urgent, given that as we said the Kantian philosophy leads the conduction of a great part of modern lawLa teoría moral kantiana ha sido fundamental para el desarrollo del derecho occidental y se considera la base constitucional de muchos sistemas jurídicos. La elección de su filosofía entre muchas otras no es casualidad, sino que responde a su posición sobre el hombre, la cual sustenta el concepto de Estado moderno, haciendo de él su centro y fin.
