The development of this presentation reflects on the city-citizen relationship of urban processes in the city of Monteria, understanding this as a dynamic process, from which it is deduced that it is susceptible of transformations not only in the order of the physical, but also of the social, cultural, economic and political. This issue, in a general way, shapes new forms of appropriation of the political and ethical of the Monteria’s citizen that involve, on the one hand a new urban cartography of the democracy in the city; but also a vision of encounter rather than fragmentation in the forms of sociability proposed by the citizen and the pretensions conceived by the normativity that regulates the use of urban space in Monteria. These approaches are part of the results presented by the different researches developed by the research group Imaginaries and Communication Society of the Universidad de Cordoba on Monteria around the city-citizen relationship from the urban processes.

Esta questão, em geral, definir novas formas de apropriação da política e da ética da monteriano cidadão envolvendo, por um lado, um novo mapeamento urbano da democracia na cidade, mas também uma visão de reunião para além fragmentação nas formas de sociabilidade propostas pelo cidadão e as pretensões concebidas pelos regulamentos que regulam o uso do espaço urbano em Monteria. Essas abordagens vêm dos resultados apresentados pelas diferentes pesquisas desenvolvidas pela Imaginaries and Communication Society da Universidade de Córdoba sobre Montería sobre a relação cidade-cidadão a partir dos processos urbanos.El presente artículo reflexiona en torno a la relación ciudad-ciudadano de los procesos urbanos en la ciudad de Montería, vista como un proceso dinámico y, por lo tanto, que es susceptible de transformaciones tanto en el orden de lo físico, como de lo social, cultural, económico y político. Esta cuestión, de manera general, configura nuevas formas de apropiación de lo político y lo ético del ciudadano monteriano que involucran, por un lado una nueva cartografía urbana de la democracia en la ciudad, pero, también, una visión de encuentro más allá de la fragmentación en las formas de sociabilidad propuestas por el ciudadano y las pretensiones concebidas por la normatividad que reglamenta el uso del espacio urbano en Montería. Estos planteamientos provienen de los resultados presentados por las diferentes investigaciones que ha desarrollado el grupo de investigación Sociedad Imaginarios y Comunicación de la Universidad de Córdoba sobre Montería en torno a la relación ciudad-ciudadano desde los procesos urbanos.
