In response to the allegations and the news of sexual and labor abuse suffered by Moroccan women dedicated to strawberry harvesting in the spring of 2018, the collective agreement of the Huelva camp, adopted by Resolution of November 8, 2018, has included important provisions for the prevention and effective management of sexual harassment, by reason of sex and discriminatory. These forecasts are in line with those that have subsequently incorporated ILO Convention No. 190, of 2019, carrying out the conventional norm - albeit with the limitations of sector and territory - the anticipated integration of them in SpainLa violencia laboral tiene particular incidencia entre las mujeres inmigrantes, dado el doble nivel de vulnerabilidad que soportan. Como reacción a una oleada de denuncias y a la noticia de los abusos sexuales y laborales sufridos por mujeres marroquís dedicadas a la actividad de recolección de la fresa en la primavera de 2018, el convenio colectivo del campo de Huelva, adoptado por Resolución de 8 de noviembre de 2018, ha incluido importantes previsiones para la prevención y gestión eficaz del acoso sexual, por razón de sexo y discriminatorio.
