Summary: Labor violence has a particular incidence among immigrant women, because of the double vulnerability they endure. In response to the allegations and the news of sexual and labor abuse suffered by Moroccan women dedicated to strawberry harvesting in the spring of 2018, the collective agreement of the Huelva camp, adopted by Resolution of November 8, 2018, has included important provisions for the prevention and effective management of sexual harassment, by reason of sex and discriminatory. These forecasts are in line with those that have subsequently incorporated ILO Convention No. 190, of 2019, carrying out the conventional norm - albeit with the limitations of sector and territory - the anticipated integration of them in Spain
