Without prejudice to the foregoing, since last December the government has introduced successive changes in labor matters, via Royal Decree- law. Among other subjects, the modifications affect the regulation of certain contents of our collective bargaining system; In particular, aspects relating to the collective bargaining of equality plans have been treated, the possibility of negotiating compulsory retirement in the Convention, the conventional fixation of the timetable control instruments in the enterprise and the Negotiation of the subrogation of staff in the stevedoring sector. In this paper we study the changes operated in the regulation of these subjectsEl cambio de Gobierno el pasado mes de mayo de 2018 ha provocado intentos de modificaciones, entre otras materias, del régimen jurídico de la negociación colectiva. No obstante, la ausencia de mayorías parlamentarias suficientes ha impedido su materialización en aspectos clave. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, desde el pasado mes de diciembre el Gobierno ha introducido sucesivos cambios en materia laboral, vía Real Decreto-ley. Entre otras materias, las modificaciones afectan a la regulación de algunos contenidos de nuestro sistema de negociación colectiva; en concreto, han sido objeto de tratamiento aspectos relativos a la negociación colectiva de los planes de igualdad, de la posibilidad de negociar la jubilación obligatoria en convenio, la fijación convencional de los instrumentos de control horario en la empresa y la negociación de la subrogación de plantilla en el sector de la estiba.
