Se identifica que los contextos sociales de loshoppers son la marginalidad y la exclusión. En lo político-cultural, las accionesculturales son acciones políticas porque buscan las transformaciones de lasrealidades marginadas. En el contexto económico participan en el intercambiode bienes culturales en el marco de la economía informal.
