Summary: This reflection paper presents the characterization of the concentrated typology for the manage-ment of the legal defense of the State, following the example of the government institutions of Chile, Spain and the United States, as these are representative given their well-known results and their historical development. To this end, this paper studies the legal regime of such public organizations and their main management tools: their human resource and their information systems. Data was collected using the information available on the websites of the studied institutions, using the specialized doctrine on the subject as a frame of reference.
