Summary: The principles of equality and responsible business management are recognized in most international CSR rules and standards. However, in spite of the fact that CSR includes a social dimension without which we can not speak of responsible companies, and in spite of the fact that gender equality is part of this social dimension, it is still difficult to deal with this aspect today, and even more serious, sometimes its lack of implementation reinforces the idea that we are before something accessory, and therefore dispensable.
