Summary: Being a citizen means being part of the circumstances of the social environment, being someone who has the opportunity to exercise his right to make responsible decisions from and for his home, and in a circumstantial way for his region, characterizing himself as a right in democratic regimes, spaces where the vote has been the first of the paths to follow to build fairer cities, then and thanks to this, the way in which citizens influence public affairs in our country is created. Therefore, the practices of citizen participation can be understood as a way of doing and being in the public space, where the actions organized by the citizens have a greater interference that goes from transferring the individual spaces to the collective, where they think not only for their own good, but also for a communal good. This research work aims to identify, recognize and understand the way in which young people are acting in the public sphere to socially influence the needs of their locality
