In many cases, through they do not protect, yet rather they violate various human rights. That is why the individuals has the right to have a good Public Administration, which is lived through the lens of human rights. This is of such importance to States and individuals that the International Law of Human Rights has developed diverse instruments that commit States to take within themselves the necessary measures for the protection of this right.El desarrollo, tutela y observancia de los derechos humanos, se encuentra intrínsecamente ligado con la satisfacción de sus necesidades y el respeto de su dignidad humana. En este sentido, el Estado, a través de la Administración Pública debe adoptar las medidas y acciones necesarias para satisfacer las necesidades de los ciudadanos, ya que es, en muchas de las ocasiones, a través de ésta que se tutelan o violentan diversos derechos humanos. Es por ello que se afirma que los administrados tienen derecho de contar con una buena Administración Pública, la cual se viva a través de la óptica de los derechos humanos.
