needs of its citizens. In many cases, through they do not protect, yet rather they violate various human rights. That is why the individuals has the right to have a good Public Administration, which is lived through the lens of human rights. This is of such importance to States and
individuals that the International Law of Human Rights has developed diverse instruments
that commit States to take within themselves the necessary measures for the protection of
this right. |
