The Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela establishes that its laws should establish procedural simplification, uniformity and efficiency of procedures, and take a brief procedure, oral and public. Orality is a legal essential for being included in the development process as a way to ensure promptness and procedural due process. But these ideals to improve the judicial process, to achieve the speed, immediacy and advertising involving the figure of orality, is a reality that may be cloudy, and even severely hampered by not having Venezuela upset with the economic capacity to effectively implement this system.Venezuela en su Carta Magna dispone el acceso gratuito de todas las personas a la justicia, ofreciendo el derecho a la tutela judicial efectiva y a un debido proceso, sin dilaciones indebidas, siendo la tutela, la garantía procesal infaltable desde el momento en el que se accede a la justicia. La Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela instituye que sus leyes procesales deben establecer la simplificación, uniformidad y eficacia de los trámites, y adoptarán un procedimiento breve, oral y público. La oralidad es una figura jurídica esencial que está siendo incluida en el desarrollo de los procesos como una forma de garantizar la celeridad procesal y el debido proceso.
