Summary: Venezuela in its Constitution provides for free access of all people to justice, offering the right to effective judicial protection and due process, without undue delay, with child custody, due process inevitable from the moment you access to justice. The Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela establishes that its laws should establish procedural simplification, uniformity and efficiency of procedures, and take a brief procedure, oral and public. Orality is a legal essential for being included in the development process as a way to ensure promptness and procedural due process. But these ideals to improve the judicial process, to achieve the speed, immediacy and advertising involving the figure of orality, is a reality that may be cloudy, and even severely hampered by not having Venezuela upset with the economic capacity to effectively implement this system.
