Unfortunately, its application is slow and prolonged by the Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board in the state of Puebla (Junta Local de Conciliación y Arbitraje en el Estado de Puebla -JLCAEP). In this article, a specific analysis of the effectiveness, efficiency, quality and responsibility with which the current labor justice system in the state resolves worker-employer conflicts. The aim is to demonstrate if this delay in the administration of labor courts in the State is the result of a lack of suitable personnel and lack of trained personnel, poor facilities, and an inadequate application of labor procedure or intervention of external agents. Finally, a possible solution is proposed to the delay in the administration of labor justice in the state of Puebla.La impartición de justicia laboral es de suma importancia en el estado de Puebla como en el resto de nuestro país. Desafortunadamente, su aplicación es lenta y prolongada por parte de la Junta Local de Conciliación y Arbitraje en el Estado de Puebla (jlcaep). En el presente artículo, se realizará un análisis específico de la efectividad, eficiencia, calidad y responsabilidad con la que el actual sistema de impartición de justicia laboral en el estado resuelve los conflictos obrero-patronales. El objeto es demostrar si dicho retardo en la impartición de justicia laboral en el Estado es consecuencia de falta de personal apto y capacitado, malas instalaciones, aplicación inadecuada del procedimiento laboral o intervención de agentes externos.
