The administration of labor justice is of the
utmost importance in the state of Puebla and
in the rest of our country. Unfortunately, its
application is slow and prolonged by the Local
Conciliation and Arbitration Board in the
state of Puebla (Junta Local de Conciliación y
Arbitraje en el Estado de Puebla -JLCAEP). In this
article, a specific analysis of the effectiveness,
efficiency, quality and responsibility with which
the current labor justice system in the state
resolves worker-employer conflicts. The aim is
to demonstrate if this delay in the administration
of labor courts in the State is the result of
a lack of suitable personnel and lack of trained
personnel, poor facilities, and an inadequate
application of labor procedure or intervention
of external agents. Finally, a possible solution
is proposed to the delay in the administration
of labor justice in the state of Puebla. |
