Summary: The article entitled "Language management in Educational Sciences in the specialty of Spanish", contains the results of the thesis carried out in students of the first semester in the Specialty of Spanish in the use of oral and written expression, during the second semester of 2009 and first semester of 2010, in the bimonthly modality, URACCAN, Recinto Nueva Guinea. The facilitation of the language in the oral and written expression of the students was examined, and the importance that implies its adequate management as professionals in Educational Sciences; likewise, the barriers that hinder the correct use of language and the adequate strategies to overcome the weaknesses and to be able to effectively communicate their endogenous and exogenous experiences that insert them into their work, family and social context. We found strengths and weaknesses in the communication process of first-year students in the Specialty of Spanish, these in turn, allowed the construction of a methodological proposal with the intention of invigorating verbal skills, which contribute to raising the quality educational that our society requires; however, the development of these skills will depend on the interest and motivations of their environment.
