This research concludes in an academic contribution with an approach to the appointed problem.El presente artículo tiene por objetivo mostrar la necesidad de tipificar el delito societario en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico penal, para que se pueda controlar a las empresas y reprimir las conductas ilícitas que atentan contra el orden socioeconómico del país, ya que las conductas lesivas tienen un impacto en la economía, afectando a la comunidad. Mantener tales conductas como un delito contra el patrimonio (por ejemplo, fraude en la administración de personas jurídicas) solamente protege al particular.
