At the moment, in this matter the advances are few and in the specific case of childhood, although it is protected by the constitutionality block, when it has the status of deaf, it loses any opportunity to be recognized in the legal landscape that it surrounds it since this one has not been translated for its understanding; being then double jeopardized. Consequently, the following research question arose: How to take the Code of Childhood and Adolescence to sign language in Colombia? Attending to the answer, just this work seeks to develop an initial proposal for the translation of the Code of Childhood and Adolescence to Sign Language.En Colombia, la población con discapacidad auditiva se ve obligada a encontrar mecanismos de traducción e interpretación que le permitan acceder a la información jurídica en idioma español, a lo que tiene derecho cualquier ciudadano. Esto significa que aquellos textos que no son traducidos e interpretados se hacen inaccesibles para los sujetos de protección especial. Por el momento, en esta materia los avances son pocos y, en el caso específico de la niñez, a pesar de que se encuentra protegida por el bloque de constitucionalidad, cuando tiene la condición de sorda pierde toda oportunidad de reconocerse en el panorama jurídico que la circunda, ya que este no ha sido traducido para su comprensión, siendo entonces doblemente vulnerada. En consecuencia, surgió la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿Cómo llevar el Código de Infancia y Adolescencia a lengua de señas en Colombia?
