The right to water should be consecrated in an explicit and simple manner, exempted from prejudices and distortions. Besides, there are three PPP contracts, of partly reciprocal nature, for the promotion of the new right to participate in the Information Society in less-favored areas. However, each candidate had to select a company that would make the qualitative and quantitative control of the materialization of the work, before contractor’s applications for payment. With this regulation, the selection of the best enterprise as a supervisor is not ensured.El nuevo marco jurídico de la contratación pública y de la concesión se ha introducido en el ordenamiento jurídico griego mediante las leyes 4412/2016 y 4413/2016, respectivamente. Grecia, como los otros países europeos, debería abstenerse de adoptar la exclusión del sector del agua del campo de la transposición de la directiva 2014/23/UE dado que no estaba obligada a adoptar la exclusión. El derecho al agua debe consagrarse de manera explícita y simple, exenta de prejuicios y distorsiones. Además, existen tres contratos de CPP, de naturaleza parcialmente recíproca, para la promoción del nuevo derecho de participación a la Sociedad de la Información en zonas desfavorecidas. Sin embargo, cada candidato era obligado a seleccionar una compañía que sería encargada de hacer el control cualitativo y cuantitativo de la materialización de la obra, antes de cada solicitud de pago del contratista.
