It was necessary to use a different questionnaire because the categorization of each variable is different from the other. Results: The relationship between internal communication and educational management, according to Pearson's statistical test is r_xy = -0.05 = -5%, from which it can be affirmed that the relationship is indirect and poor, according to Pearson's scale And for Student's t-test the significance of the correlation t_cal = -0.42, which is lower than what t_tab @ 1,998, was determined, so that the correlation is not significant Conclusion: The correlation is not significant. Because the influence of one variable on the other is minimal and the state of the variables is of inversely proportional magnitudes.La investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar el tipo de relación que existe entre la comunicación interna y la gestión educativa, en la I.E. “Pedro Pablo Atusparia” del distrito de Nuevo Chimbote, 2016. Material y Métodos: investigación cuantitativa, de nivel descriptivo, y diseño correlacional no experimental. Se aplicó dos instrumentos de medición, que son dos cuestionarios de preguntas cerradas, Era necesario utilizar un cuestionario diferente porque la categorización de cada variable es distinta de la otra. Resultados: La relación entre la Comunicación interna y la Gestión educativa, según la prueba estadística de Pearson es de r_xy = -0,05 = -5%, de lo que se puede afirmar que la relación es indirecta y pobre, según escala de Pearson y por la prueba “t” Student se determinó la significatividad de la correlación t_cal= -0,42, que es menor que t_tab≅ 1,998, por lo que se afirma que la correlación no es significativa. Conclusión: La correlación no es significativa.
