Laburpena: The general objective of the research was to determine the type of relationship between internal communication and educational management in the I.E. "Pedro Pablo Atusparia" of the district of Nuevo Chimbote, 2016. Material and Methods: quantitative research, descriptive level, and non-experimental correlational design. Two measurement instruments were applied, which are two closed questionnaire questionnaires. It was necessary to use a different questionnaire because the categorization of each variable is different from the other. Results: The relationship between internal communication and educational management, according to Pearson's statistical test is r_xy = -0.05 = -5%, from which it can be affirmed that the relationship is indirect and poor, according to Pearson's scale And for Student's t-test the significance of the correlation t_cal = -0.42, which is lower than what t_tab @ 1,998, was determined, so that the correlation is not significant Conclusion: The correlation is not significant. Because the influence of one variable on the other is minimal and the state of the variables is of inversely proportional magnitudes.
