With the aim of informing the specialised public of these forms of property, this paper offers a general analysis of the new law regulating them.El Parlamento de Cataluña aprobó el 23 de julio la Ley 19/2015 en la que se regulan dos modalidades de propiedad: la propiedad temporal y la propiedad compartida. La especificidad (tipicidad) de estos regímenes dominicales comporta la flexibilización del modelo de propiedad y copropiedad tipo de los ordenamientos del área del Civil Law con el fin de facilitar tanto su transmisión como la posición jurídica del adquirente.
