En España es una herramienta usada cada vez más desde el año 2012, fecha de la Ley española de mediación. Es obvio que el género juega un papel en todos los campos legales, sin embargo, la mediación ha sido excluida del campo de la violencia de género en España. Y la pregunta es: puede la mediación ser una buena elección en los casos de violencia de género?
