The aim of our work is to circumscribe the evaluation of a specific skill in the first year of the Bachelor in Law and the experience gained in a number of public and private universities in the first years of its application; concentrating specifically on the practical part-classroom based case study (collaborative work) as a decisive activity for learning a skill assigned to our discipline and an optimal procedure to evaluate its acquisition.
