Summary: Transparency International makes the study Global Corruption Barometer where México is among the 11 countries considered most corrupt, so the recruitment processes at the national levels are analyzed and contrasted with the best performing countries in this study, understanding that hiring people with tendencies to antisocial behavior, involves having police forces infiltrated by organized crime, fragile against corruption and violence in society, so having adequate evaluation and selection method becomes a primary tool in crime prevention.
