As the law makes up the second power relations prevailing in each society , reproducing
them , serves as a justification of this Power , its production should be controlled and this is done by establishing control mechanisms of judicial decisions , normalizing them , in order to to give individuals certainty as to solve their conflicts and , allegedly , guarantee of equality in this same solution. |
