Everything seems to indicate that the principal problems to make effective the right of Education are the insufficient resources, turning into a problem that comes out the National responsibility - without beeing – and the whole International CommunityEn Ecuador existen más de 721 mil personas colombianas en situación de refugio; entre ellos, niños, niñas y adolescentes, que huyen de su país por una violencia sistemática y temor generalizado. Los derechos sociales de los infantes, al llegar al Ecuador, son violentados; el derecho a la Educación, que es el derecho de los niños y niñas por esencia, es el más problemático, el difícil acceso, la discriminación de la que son víctimas, hace pensar que el Estado Ecuatoriano no está cumpliendo con las obligaciones de respetar los derechos de las personas refugiadas a pesar de mantener una política de fronteras solidarias, lo que demuestra una voluntad política de hacer cumplir los Derechos de las personas refugiadas.
