Summary: In Ecuador exists more than 721 thousand Colombian people in refugee situation; among them, children and teenagers, who flee of his country for a systematic violence and widespread dread. The social rights of the infants, when arrive to Ecuador, are forced of a dramatic form; the right of Education, the essence one for children, is the most problematic, the difficult access, the discrimination of which they are victims, makes think that Ecuadorian State is not expiring with the obligations of respecting the rights of refugee people in spite of supporting a solidarity borders policy, which demonstrates a real political wish of enforcing the refugee people Rights. Everything seems to indicate that the principal problems to make effective the right of Education are the insufficient resources, turning into a problem that comes out the National responsibility - without beeing – and the whole International Community
