This paper outlines the symptoms of a crisis of the justice system signaled possible ways to overcome the dominant paradigm, now exhausted. The response to the unfolding of the crisis of the justice system has as base the democratization process, the defense of the realization of fundamental rights and democratic citizenship and participatory. The democratization of the process involves the idealization of a sustainable jurisdiction. Thus emerges the construction of a proposed rebuilding of the jurisdiction which includes the multiple dimensions of sustainability. |
