In a multicultural society, as the case comes from the Ecuador, it is required to embrace new focuses that solve the referred problems. Establishes aims at the present work from this consideration doctrinaire beginnings on them the harmonizing in the provincial courts and the indigenous justice must hold which ones itself. This analysis becomes elaborate as from the need to offer alternatives of formation in the juridical justice delimited in a social pedagogy that you allow to educate for the defense of the beginnings of Justice and I respect the indigenous towns culturally, they discuss juridical categories and himself resignifica the need to establish a jurisprudence in the society, that it contribute to catching up with superior levels of social opportunities for the citizens.En la contemporaneidad la sociedad enfrenta nuevos retos y perspectivas en correspondencia con la complejidad y diversidad del contexto multicultural en que se inserta, lo cual exige la necesidad del perfeccionamiento del vínculo social y cultural para solucionar el paradigma actual de los pueblos indígenas, en la que se reconozcan los principios de justicia frente al pluralismo jurídico. En una sociedad multicultural, como es el caso del Ecuador, se requiere adoptar nuevos enfoques que solucionen la referida problemática. Desde esta consideración el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo Establecer principios doctrinarios sobre los cuáles debe sustentarse la armonización en la justicia ordinaria y la justicia indígena.
