Summary: The society confronts new challenges and perspectives in mail with complexity and diversity of the multicultural context in that it is inserted in contemporaneity, which demands the need of the perfecting of the social and cultural link to solve the present-day paradigm of the indigenous towns, in the one that the beginnings give recognition to themselves of Justice in front of the juridical pluralism. In a multicultural society, as the case comes from the Ecuador, it is required to embrace new focuses that solve the referred problems. Establishes aims at the present work from this consideration doctrinaire beginnings on them the harmonizing in the provincial courts and the indigenous justice must hold which ones itself. This analysis becomes elaborate as from the need to offer alternatives of formation in the juridical justice delimited in a social pedagogy that you allow to educate for the defense of the beginnings of Justice and I respect the indigenous towns culturally, they discuss juridical categories and himself resignifica the need to establish a jurisprudence in the society, that it contribute to catching up with superior levels of social opportunities for the citizens.
